Returns & Refunds policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all programs offered by Process Center (“Process Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and is intended to align with standard afterschool enrichment and school partnership practices.

General Policy

Enrollment in Process Center programs represents a commitment for the full program session. All sales are final, except where expressly stated in this policy or required by law.

Program Withdrawals

If a parent or legal guardian elects to withdraw a student from a program after enrollment has been confirmed:

  • Process Center will retain 25% of the total program fee to cover non-recoverable expenses, including administrative costs, curriculum preparation, staffing, and supplies.

  • Any remaining balance may be refunded at Process Center’s discretion based on the timing of the withdrawal.

  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Withdrawals after the program has begun are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.

Missed Classes

  • Missed classes are non-refundable, regardless of reason.

  • Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are offered only when explicitly stated in writing.

Cancellations by Process Center

If Process Center cancels a class or program due to circumstances such as instructor availability, facility closure, or insufficient enrollment, Process Center may, at its discretion:

  • Reschedule the class, or

  • Issue a prorated refund or credit for the affected portion of the program.

Transferability

Program registrations are transferable and may reassigned to another student, session, or program. Transfers are not allowed without prior written approval and acknowledgement from Process Center.

Program Modifications

Process Center reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to program schedules, locations, instructors, or curriculum as necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Exceptions & Legal Compliance

Refunds may be issued when:

  • Required by state or federal law

  • A program is canceled and cannot be rescheduled

  • Approved by Process Center in writing on a case-by-case basis

Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a Process Center program, parents or legal guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy.
