These Terms & Conditions govern participation in programs offered by Process Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and use of our website. By enrolling in a program or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Program Participation

Process Center provides afterschool and enrichment art programs for children. All participants must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian. Participation is voluntary and subject to program availability, scheduling, and school partnership approval.

Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received.

• Payment is required prior to the start of each session unless otherwise stated.

• Program fees cover instruction and standard materials unless noted.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refund and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Missed classes due to student absence are not guaranteed makeup sessions unless explicitly stated.

Student Conduct & Safety

Students are expected to follow program rules and school facility guidelines. Process Center reserves the right to remove a student from a program if behavior poses a safety concern or disrupts the learning environment. No refunds will be issued in cases of removal due to misconduct.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in art activities involves the use of materials and tools appropriate for the age group. While reasonable safety measures are taken, participation is at the parent or guardian’s discretion. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

Liability Limitation

Process Center is not responsible for personal property loss, minor injuries, or incidents beyond reasonable control. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Use of Facilities

Programs may be held on school or partner premises. Participants must comply with all facility rules and policies. Process Center operates independently and is not an employee or agent of the hosting school unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, lesson plans, and content provided by Process Center remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Website Use

Website content is provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or availability at all times.

Policy Modifications
